You have 30 days from delivery to return your items.
You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange.
We accept gently used products for returns. Excludes color match samples, final sale items, limited edition items.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the product must be received back within 14 days of your return label being issued.
IS RETURN SHIPPING FREE
Yes—return shipping is free for U.S. orders (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). International orders and Amazon purchases are not eligible.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Yes, exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received, your replacement will ship within 2–3 business days.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING FEES, CUSTOMS, OR DUTIES?
Refunds cover the cost of the product only. We cannot refund shipping fees, international duties, or taxes.

⏱ Deadlines
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Once your return/exchange is authorized, items must be received back within 14 days using the provided shipping label.
- Returns received after these windows will not be accepted.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 2–3 business days of receiving your return.
- Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to process the credit.
- Refunds do not include shipping fees, expedited shipping, international duties, taxes, or customs.
- Refunds are not issued for packages returned-to-sender due to refusal, abandonment, or delivery inactivity.
🔄 Exchanges
- Exchanges must also follow the 30-day/14-day deadlines.
- Once your return is received, replacement items are shipped within 2–3 business days.
🌎 International Orders
- Free return shipping is only available for U.S. orders.
- International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties/taxes.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
