WHAT IS ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE AND WHY IS IT IN MY CART?

 

 

Route is a shipping insurance that covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. It is automatically added to your cart to protect your order. If your product never shows up, gets broken/damaged in transit, or is stolen from your porch, Route will cover it.

If you wish to not purchase shipping insurance for your order, you can always delete this item from your cart to opt out of this option.

 

 

Please note: Once your order has shipped and accepted by the carrier, AEROBLEND is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. By opting out of Route Shipping Insurance, you will lose protection on your order.

 

How to Submit ROUTE Insurance Claim

When you place your AEROBLEND order (with Route insurance added to your order, of course), you will receive a separate email from Route with a link to "File a Claim." You can also fill out a claim form HERE.

The email from Route will include your Route Order ID which is required to file your claim. See below for a screenshot example of the email:

 

WhERE IS MY AEROBLEND ORDER?

We do our best to estimate the most accurate shipping or delivery time for your convenience!

For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Aeroblend orders.

 

When you click on Order Status you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number (if available), will be displayed.

To track your order via the carrier’s website, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Or simply copy and paste the tracking number and search on the corresponding carrier's website.

 

Please note: Tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after the order is shipped.

 

Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change.

 

Please also note: Tracking and guaranteed ship date is NOT available for International orders shipped via USPS International (Except Canada). Please choose DHL as your shipping carrier for trackable shipping and guaranteed estimated date for delivery. See full shipping policy here.

US SHIPPING INFORMATION & POLICY

📦🚚 Domestic U.S. Shipping:

We accept orders at anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do offer free 2-3 business day shipping** on products purchased on AEROBLEND.com for orders $50 or more.

 

* Please note that, although you will receive an order confirmation email after your order is submitted, orders will not process or ship until payment is confirmed.

 

Orders placed after 11am EST will be processed the following business day. For example, any orders submitted Friday after 11am EST, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday will be processed on the following business day.

 

* Please keep in mind that shipping time excludes weekends and major U.S. holidays.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

📦🚚✈🌍 International Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for any customs, duties and/or tax fees***** as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
 
 
DHL Express shipping is available on all all international shipments (except Mexico and Peru). We recommend DHL for fast, reliable and trackable international shipping. In order to determine the ship rate and time, choose DHL at checkout for an estimated rate and delivery time. All DHL orders require a signature upon delivery.
 
 
It is the buyer's responsibility to check and understand their local import laws for importing cosmetics prior to placing an order. Use the provided link below to search your region and country to review your country's importing laws and guidelines for cosmetics BEFORE submitting your order:

🚩 Canada: USPS (7-21 business days--does not guarantee delivery dates or times), UPS and DHL shipping options are available for all Canadian orders. Tracking is only available for UPS and DHL services for shipping to Canada. Please be mindful that Canadian orders may take longer than estimated time depending on customs processing.
  • Canadian orders placed by 11am EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.

🚩 Mexico (7-10 business day shipping): Mexican orders will be shipped utilizing a shipping partner specialized to import cosmetic goods into Mexico. Please be mindful that Mexican orders may take longer than estimated time depending on customs processing.

  • Mexican orders placed by 11am EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.

🚩Peru: Due to multiple issues with customs in Peru, we are unable to ship to Peru at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working on resolving this.

 

🚩 All other International orders: DHL shipping service is available for all international orders (except Mexico and Peru).

  • International orders placed by 11am EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
  • Please note that International orders may take longer than estimated time depending on processing time at customs.

Tracking is NOT available for international orders shipped through USPS First Class International.

USPS First Class International shipping does NOT offer tracking, insurance, or guaranteed ship dates. As a result, we do not offer this service for international orders (except Canada) at this time.

PAYMENTS & ORDERS

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

AEROBLEND accepts many forms of payment:

  • All major credit cards (ie. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc...)
  • PayPal
  • Amazon Pay

Please be sure to enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement to prevent any processing delays.

A note about PayPal eChecks: PayPal eChecks can take up to 7 business days to clear and are not instant. Please remember we cannot process or ship orders until the PayPal eCheck has cleared.
For instant payment confirmation, please use any of the payment options listed above except for PayPal eChecks to place your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellation requests will be considered, however, they are not guaranteed. This is due to the fact that we work our best to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed and submitted to be shipped.

If your order was not eligible to be cancelled, once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened or gently used within 30 days of delivery date.

Please note that once you receive a shipping confirmation by email, it means your order has already been processed to ship and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Occasionally, orders or portions of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons including:

  • One or more items are not available
  • Difficulty processing payment information
  • We cannot ship to the address provided
  • Customer was unable to provide required information for color match request order
  • A duplicate order was placed
  • Cancellation due to customer request

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We currently only accept payments in USD/US$ at this time. The cost of our product in your specific region's currency will be depending on the current exchange rate.

 

Currency exchange rates are constantly changing. We recommend, looking up and converting with the most current exchange rate when you are ready to purchase.

 

The currency and pricing of your order is determined by the country from which you visit us and cannot be changed.

 

Please note that any international bank fees that may incur are not imposed by AEROBLEND.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

If purchased on AEROBLEND.com:

If your order came with a packing slip, the order number is on the upper right hand corner, however, your order number can typically be found in your order or shipping confirmation emails.

 

You can also look up your past orders if you signed up for a customer account on AEROBLEND.com:

  • Click on Account in the upper right corner on AEROBLEND.com
  • Use your user name and password to log into your account
  • Your order number(s) will be listed under Order History
 
If purchased on Amazon.com:
 
Your order number can be found in an order confirmation email or you can look it up in your Amazon account.
 
To look up your order number in your Amazon account using your computer internet browser:
  • Log into your Amazon account
  • Click on Orders on the upper right corner of the page on Amazon.com
  • Scroll to your Aeroblend order and the order # is on the upper right corner.

To look up your order number in your Amazon account using Amazon mobile or app:
  • Open your Amazon mobile app or mobile browser
  • Log into your Amazon account
  • Click on the Menu (triple dash button on upper left corner)
  • Click on Your Orders
  • Choose the purchased Aeroblend product listed in your orders
  • Scroll down to Order Info and click on View order details
  • Your order number is listed right after the order date

CAN I BUY AEROBLEND IN STORE OR OVER THE PHONE?

To protect the security of your information, we are not able to place orders over the phone.

 

Aeroblend is currently only available for purchase online at this time. We currently do not have any physical store locations that sell Aeroblend products. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We want you to love our products as much as we do!! If you have purchased products on AEROBLEND.com and are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to process returns within 30 days of date delivered. Feel free to email us your order number and the reason why you would like to return. Just chat or send us a message on our contact form and we’d be happy to help you out!

 

Once your request is authorized, you may return the the products (we’ll even pay for the return shipping fee*) within 30 days of date delivered. All returns must be accompanied all original components for full refund to be issued. Naturally, we cannot take returns or process exchanges on overly used products.

 

Products for return must be received by AEROBLEND within 14 days once return request is authorized and buyer receives shipping label. Returns will NOT be accepted if product is received after the 14-day deadline or is past the 30 days from date originally delivered to buyer.

 

When you return your purchase to AEROBLEND.com by mail within 30 days of date delivered, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment for the price of the item(s).**

 

Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 2-3 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed.

Once refund is issued, please allow 3-5 business days processing time by the banking institutions.

 

Exchanges

 

Exchanges*** are allowed within 30 days of date delivered. Naturally, we cannot authorize or process exchanges on overly used products.

 

Products for exchange must be received by AEROBLEND within 14 days once exchange request is authorized and buyer receives shipping label. Exchanges will NOT be accepted or processed if product is received after the 14-day deadline or is past the 30 days from date originally delivered to buyer.

 

Once received, items for exchange will be processed promptly and the buyer's desired product will be shipped out, usually within 2-3 business days of receipt.

 

 

*Free return shipping is only eligible on AEROBLEND.com purchases with U.S. addresses only. Excludes travel and samples sizes. Includes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories. Excludes international addresses and Amazon.com orders.

 

**Refunds will NOT include any additional fees paid for non-contingent U.S. shipping, international shipping, expedited shipping, customs, taxes or duties.

AEROBLEND was developed by us..... a makeup artist and a chemist!! We take pride in the fact that our products are NOT tested on animals!

 

 All AEROBLEND makeup is made here in the Tampa, Florida USA and is our very own in-house formula!

"Half of the bottle is black"

 

"My bottles look dark blue. Have they gone bad?"

 

"Some of my makeup have a blue color. I kept shaking it but it won't disappear or mix. IS THIS NORMAL?"

 

Rest assured that the makeup is not bad!

 

It is normal to see traces of dark blue pigment on the sides of the bottle even after shaking. As long as the makeup is well shaken, seeing the traces of blue pigment on the sides should not be concerning. It does not affect the quality of the product. 🖤💙 😎

is aeroblend gluten free?

Although we strive to source our raw materials that typically do not contain gluten, we currently do not perform the specific testing to officially claim that our product is gluten-free.

WARRANTY

The AEROBLEND compressor and airbrush stylus are built to last. The equipment is designed to be used daily whether for personal or professional use. If anything goes wrong within the first year of purchase date, let us know and we’ll make it right! 😊

Please note: Select replacement parts and additional AEROBLEND airbrush equipment will be available for purchase on AEROBLEND.com for equipment purchased 1-Year after purchase date.

 

What is covered:

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in AEROBLEND airbrush equipment purchased from AEROBLEND.com or AEROBLEND official seller on Amazon.com. The limited warranty does NOT cover if equipment is NOT purchased from either AEROBLEND.com or AEROBLEND official seller account on Amazon.com.

Offer complementary product and troubleshooting support for AEROBLEND airbrush equipment under warranty.

 

What is not covered:

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering or disassembly with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by AEROBLEND to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product. This limited warranty does not cover the airbrush makeup used in conjunction with this product. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to airbrush stylus if any cleaning solution or cleaning product other than AEROBLEND Airbrush Cleaner or water is used to rinse or clean airbrush stylus. And lastly, this limited warranty does not cover any damage to airbrush stylus if used with non-AEROBLEND makeup or any other non-airbrush type makeup or cleaners.

 

Plug Adapters & Converters: This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from using converters and/or incorrect plug adapters.
